It is made with a blend of nine botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root, cassia bark, lemon peel, orange peel, licorice root, and cubeb berries. The gin is distilled in copper pot stills and is bottled at 47% ABV. The gin has a light, floral nose with notes of juniper, citrus, and spice. On the palate, it is smooth and balanced, with a hint of sweetness and a long, spicy finish.
