Firme Mezcal Mandarin & Cempasuchil Espadin is a premium mezcal made in Mexico. It is produced using 100% Espadin agave, which is roasted in an underground pit oven and then crushed using a tahona wheel. The mezcal is then fermented in open-air wooden vats before being double distilled in copper stills.
