Laws Centennial Straight Wheat Bonded Batch 5 7 year is a limited-release whiskey from Laws Whiskey House in Denver, Colorado. This particular whiskey is aged for seven years in full-sized charred barrels made from oak sourced from the Historic Laws Whiskey House rickhouse. This is the fifth batch of wheat whiskey to be released from this particular program, and this particular batch is bottled at its exact barrel proof of 110.2 proof. Like all of Laws’ whiskey, this whiskey is fully bonded, meaning it s bottled at the distillery and classified as a straight whiskey. On the palate, drinkers can expect notes of caramel, butterscotch, ginger, and baking spice.
